VANCOUVER, B. C., CANADA ------Yaletown Entertainment Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to make the following announcements:
 
Weird Homes Broadcast License Concluded
 
The Company has concluded its negotiations with The Life Network and has reached an agreement for the production and broadcast in Canada of an additional 26 episodes of its hit television series Weird Homes.
 
"As it has done in the past, The Life Network have put their full support behind Weird Homes," said Yaletown C.E.O. John Cumming. "Their commitment to these new episodes reflects their vision and the loyalty of our viewing audience to Weird Homes. We want to thank both."
 
International Distribution Agreement Concluded.
 
The Company has granted to Great North International Inc. the world-wide television distribution rights to Weird Homes episodes 14 - 39. These distribution rights exclude the United States, which rights are retained by the Company. Great North is also the distributor for Weird Homes episodes 1 - 13.
 
Financing
 
The Company has concluded all required documentation and filings with respect to its production financing for Weird Homes. The total production budget for the 26 episodes is $1,690,000.
 
United States Home Video Distribution.
 
The company has concluded an agreement with Superior Home Video of Barrington. Illinois to distribute Weird Homes in the United States. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement the Company has re-edited the initial 13 episodes into four one-hour cassettes for the home video market. All production and distribution costs except for the cost of the re-edit will be borne by Superior.
 
Weird Homes is an award winning documentary series of one-half hour shows featuring some of North Americas most peculiar homes and the people who built and live in them. The shows are hosted by humourist and broadcaster Arthur Black.
 
Yaletown Entertainment Corp. is a Canadian television and movie producer listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange under trading symbol YAL.
